• I conduct a consultation practice in my Cambridge, Massachusetts office. I am there approximately every 4-6 weeks.

 

• My Cambridge office is very near Arlington  and Fresh Pond There is available street parking.

 

 

• My office hours are in the daytime and by appointment only. I do not work evenings.

 

• When I am in my Cambridge office I see patients for second opinions, offer consultation services to therapists, and occasionally do intensive psychotherapy.

 

 

• I do not see patients in my Cambridge Office who need to be seen regularly and frequently in that office.

 

• I make every effort to find good therapists for patients who seek this kind of service from me.

 

 

• Although I have good and constantly updated psychopharmacology knowledge and skills, I only prescribe for patients who are in treatment (psychotherapy) with me. This means that if you are seeing another psychotherapist, I would not be the psychiatrist to do your medication

 

• My  consultation fee is $180/session.

 

• I do not have a sliding scale—My involvement with several non-profit organizations limits the number of hours I have to do direct psychotherapy.

 

 

• I am not affiliated with any insurance panel, plan, or any HMO. I do not bill directly to insurance companies.  If you have insurance coverage I can give you a statement which you can use for payment reimbursement from your company. Please check with your insurance company to see if they will make that arrangement with  you.

 

• I do not accept any insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, or Medical
